What results look like in practice

Every building is different. These three profiles show what SIMS and AIMS results look like across a range of starting points — from a building just beginning to build systems, to one where a single champion holds everything together, to one with strong infrastructure but uneven instructional follow-through.

These are illustrative profiles. Scores and narratives are representative examples, not results from actual buildings.

Building context

Mid-size elementary school. One part-time ESL teacher serving 38 identified multilingual learners. No formal co-planning structure. ESL services delivered in a pull-out model with limited communication to general education staff.
